A program-specific defensive position name. Texas A&M used Joker for an end and outside-linebacker hybrid who could rush from the edge or drop into coverage.
Joker is one of the names defensive coaches give a hybrid position. At Texas A&M in 2010, Von Miller's Joker combined defensive end and outside linebacker work. He could rush the quarterback from the edge or drop into coverage.
Other defenses may give the name to a different hybrid or use it only for a package. The playbook has to define the job.
