Lincoln Riley Y-Cross

In Lincoln Riley's Power Spread, Y-Cross is the primary intermediate crossing concept attacking linebackers flowing against GT Counter fakes, pairing an inside 12-14 yard crosser with a vertical clearout post.

Y-Cross: Shotgun 3x1 Y-Cross against a 2-high shell. Z runs a vertical clearout post, H attacks the frontside flat, Y sails across the second level behind the linebackers to 12–14 yards depth, X runs a backside dig underneath, and R releases into the weak flat.

Hspeed out / speed cut to 4 yards into the flat to stretch the defense horizontally.
Yprimary crosser. Stem vertically to 4–5 yards under the frontside overhang (Ni), then climb continuously across the field behind the Mike and Will linebackers on a Sail path, finishing at 12–14 yards depth near the opposite numbers.
Xbackside 12-yard dig / post-curl settling into the void vacated by flowing linebackers.
Rcheck-release into the weakside flat as the underneath outlet.
